Eagle Link may support eligible students who are under the age of majority for a relevant service. A parent or legal guardian must be involved where consent, contracting, payment, data processing or another decision legally requires adult authorization.
- We may ask for proof of the student's age, the guardian's identity and evidence of the guardian relationship or authority.
- A minor's information must not be used for unrelated marketing or disclosed unnecessarily.
- Where an institution, lender or destination has additional rules for minors, those rules must be followed.
