How your application works
- Step 1: Create your Eagle Link student account and complete your profile.
- Step 2: Tell us your preferred course, study level, destination, budget and intake.
- Step 3: Review suitable programs and confirm the institution you want to apply to.
- Step 4: Upload the required documents through the approved channel.
- Step 5: Eagle Link reviews the file for completeness and submits it through the relevant direct or authorized partner route.
- Step 6: The institution reviews the application and makes the admission decision.
- Step 7: If an offer is issued, we help you understand the conditions, deposits, enrolment requirements and next steps.
- Step 8: Where required, we provide visa-application preparation support and pre-departure guidance.
Documents commonly requested
Requirements differ by institution and program. Depending on your application, you may be asked for:
- Passport or other accepted identity document
- Academic certificates and transcripts
- English-language test results, where required
- Curriculum vitae or résumé
- Statement of purpose or personal statement
- Reference or recommendation letters
- Portfolio, research proposal or other course-specific material
- Proof of funds or sponsor documents where required
- Additional documents requested by the institution or applicable authority
Do not upload altered, fabricated or misleading documents. Eagle Link may pause or close an application where authenticity concerns arise.
Student responsibility
You are responsible for giving Eagle Link complete and truthful information, checking documents before submission, meeting deadlines and following the final instructions issued by your institution, lender or government authority.
Fees
Before you pay Eagle Link for a paid service, the applicable fee and purpose of the payment must be shown on the invoice, payment request or service confirmation. Institution application fees, tuition deposits, visa fees, examination fees, courier charges, lender fees and third-party charges may be separate.
