Recruitment Partner Code of Conduct
Every Eagle Link recruitment partner, counsellor and approved sub-agent must follow this Code.
- 1. Act honestly and in the student's educational interests.
- 2. Provide information that is accurate, current and supported by the institution, Eagle Link or an authorized source.
- 3. Do not guarantee admission, scholarships, loans, visas, work rights, permanent residence or any government decision.
- 4. Do not create, alter, obtain or submit false academic, financial, identity, employment, immigration or other documents.
- 5. Do not hide or alter an institution's tuition, application fee, refund rule, deadline or admission condition.
- 6. Do not collect money in a personal account where the payment is represented as an Eagle Link payment.
- 7. Issue or obtain the required payment evidence for every authorized payment.
- 8. Do not represent an indirect or network relationship as a direct agreement with an institution.
- 9. Use Eagle Link names, logos and marketing material only as authorized.
- 10. Protect student information and share it only for legitimate application, enrolment, finance or support purposes.
- 11. Obtain the student's permission before transmitting personal documents to Eagle Link, an institution, lender or other service provider.
- 12. Disclose conflicts of interest and any fee charged directly to a student.
- 13. Do not appoint or use undisclosed sub-agents where the agreement requires prior approval.
- 14. Cooperate with compliance checks, student complaints, document-verification requests and investigations.
- 15. Stop using Eagle Link systems, materials and confidential information when the partnership ends, subject to lawful record-retention obligations.
A serious breach may result in suspension or termination, withholding of disputed commission while an investigation is completed, reporting to affected institutions or authorities where legally required, and recovery of amounts lawfully due under the partner agreement.
