Payments Policy

Last updated: 25 September 2026

1. Approved payment channels

Pay Eagle Link only through the payment channel shown on an official Eagle Link invoice, payment request, portal or checkout page. Approved methods may include PawaPay-enabled mobile money, bank transfer to an Eagle Link business account, or another method expressly confirmed by Eagle Link.

2. Do not pay personal accounts

Do not send money owed to Eagle Link to the personal bank account, mobile-money wallet or cash account of an employee, counsellor or recruitment partner unless Eagle Link has expressly confirmed that collection method in writing for the specific transaction.

3. What your payment record should show

Your payment should be linked to your Student ID or Application ID, invoice or payment-request number, payment reference, amount, currency and purpose.

4. PawaPay payments

Where PawaPay is offered, PawaPay facilitates the collection and settlement of the transaction. Payment-provider or mobile-network charges may apply according to the payment method and market. Eagle Link records the gross amount, applicable payment charges and the amount settled so that the transaction can be reconciled.

5. Third-party fees

Institution application fees, tuition, visa or government fees, examinations, credential evaluation, courier services, insurance, travel, accommodation and lender charges may be payable directly to a third party or collected for onward payment. The invoice or payment instruction should identify the purpose.

6. Receipts

Keep your payment confirmation. Eagle Link may issue a receipt or make the transaction record available through the platform after payment is confirmed and reconciled.

7. Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment fails, is duplicated, is sent with an incorrect reference or is not reflected in your account, contact payments@eaglelink.org and provide the transaction reference and supporting evidence.

8. Fraud warning

Eagle Link will never ask for your mobile-money PIN, online-banking password or card PIN. Report suspicious payment requests to security@eaglelink.org.
