Frequently Asked Questions

What does Eagle Link do?

Eagle Link supports students with education search, applications, scholarships and funding information, referrals to participating education-finance providers, document preparation, visa-application preparation and pre-departure support. We also work with recruitment partners, educational institutions and financial institutions.

How long has Eagle Link been operating?

Our education-support operations began in 2018. The current Eagle Link Immigration & Education Services business name is registered in Zambia.

How many students has Eagle Link supported?

We have supported more than 3,000 students across full-time, online and distance-learning pathways.

Does Eagle Link work directly with universities?

Yes. Eagle Link has direct institutional relationships and also accesses additional institutions through authorized recruitment platforms and networks. The platform should identify the relationship through which an institution or program is available.

Can Eagle Link guarantee admission?

No. The institution makes the admission decision. We help you prepare and submit a complete application through the correct route.

Can Eagle Link guarantee a visa?

No. Visa and permit decisions are made by the responsible government authority. Eagle Link provides preparation and document-readiness support only.

Do you process visas for embassies?

No. Eagle Link does not represent an embassy, high commission, consulate or immigration department and does not issue visas.

Can I apply for more than one program?

Yes, subject to the rules of the institutions and any applicable fees. Your counsellor can help you prioritize realistic options.

What documents do I need?

The exact documents depend on the program and institution. Common requirements include a passport, academic certificates and transcripts, language-test results where required, a CV, statement of purpose, references and course-specific supporting documents.

Do you accept online and distance-learning applications?

Yes. Eagle Link supports selected online and distance-learning programs as well as full-time on-campus study.

Do you offer scholarships?

We help students identify scholarships, bursaries, tuition discounts and other funding opportunities. Awards are made by the institution or funding provider, not guaranteed by Eagle Link.

What does the US$25M+ funding figure mean?

It refers to the combined advertised value of institutional scholarships, tuition awards, bursaries and funding opportunities that Eagle Link has promoted or supported. It does not mean Eagle Link has personally paid or awarded US$25 million.

Can Eagle Link help me get a student loan?

Where a participating lender has a suitable product, Eagle Link may refer you or help start the application with your consent. The lender decides eligibility, approval, interest rate, security, disbursement and repayment terms.

What interest rate will I get?

Rates depend on the lender and your circumstances. Products available through participating providers may have indicative rates around 6% to 20% per year, but the lender's written offer is the only final rate applicable to you.

How do I pay Eagle Link?

Use only the official payment method shown on your Eagle Link invoice, payment request, portal or payment page. Do not send an Eagle Link payment to an employee's, counsellor's or agent's personal account unless Eagle Link has expressly confirmed that method in writing.

Does Eagle Link use PawaPay?

Eagle Link may make approved mobile-money payment options available through PawaPay. The payment page or receipt will show the amount and transaction reference. Payment-provider or mobile-network charges may apply where disclosed.

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. Keep your invoice, payment confirmation and receipt or transaction reference. Contact payments@eaglelink.org if a payment is not reflected correctly.

Can I request a refund?

Yes, where the applicable service, law or third-party terms permit a refund. Refund eligibility depends on what was paid, whether the service has started or been performed, and whether the money has already been transferred to a third party such as an institution, examination body or service provider.

Can a recruitment agent collect money from me?

Only use an approved Eagle Link payment channel for money owed to Eagle Link. If a recruitment partner charges a separate lawful fee for its own service, that fee must be clearly disclosed as the partner's fee and must not be represented as an Eagle Link or institution charge.

What happens if I submit a false document?

Eagle Link may pause or close the application, refuse further service, notify an affected institution or partner where appropriate, and take any action required by law or contract.

How do I become an Eagle Link recruitment partner?

Complete the Recruitment Partner Application. Approval is subject to verification, due diligence, acceptance of the Recruitment Partner Agreement and Code of Conduct, and any required compliance checks.

How are partner commissions paid?

Commission depends on the signed partner agreement and applicable program schedule. The agreement defines when a commission is earned, required enrolment/payment conditions, deductions, taxes, chargebacks and payment timing.

How do I make a complaint?

Email complaints@eaglelink.org with your full name, contact details, student or application ID where available, a clear description of the issue and any relevant evidence. We will acknowledge and review the complaint.

How can I request access to or correction of my personal information?

Contact privacy@eaglelink.org. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a data-rights request.
