Overview

Program Description Climate change and environmental damage have become defining issues of the generation. Using science to heal some of the damages done by humans and helping to ensure sustainable practices in the future are what environmental technologists do. The Environmental Technology program work for nature, and their work has never been more vital. As the global population continues to grow, so does the impact humans have on the planet. This program is perfect for students who are passionate about the environment, love working outdoors, and science and math are strong subjects for them. A career as an Environmental Technologist can ensure that their impact is a positive one that leads to a cleaner, healthier future for everyone. In the Environmental Technology program, students will learn how to operate laboratory, field, and monitoring equipment to sample, evaluate and analyze data collected from the air, water, groundwater, and soil. They will work in the classroom, lab, and the field. When students graduate, they will have the scientific knowledge and technical skills base to understand and help manage today's complex environmental challenges. Enroll today in the Environmental Technology program and pursue a career that helps protect, maintain, and restore the natural surroundings.
