Overview

The European Global Institute of Innovation & Technology’s Diploma in Business Administration provides the opportunity for individuals to forge a career in business by seeking greater knowledge and understanding of the industry, and to support the individual’s development into senior positions. Throughout the two years, learners engage with practical case studies, research projects, leadership challenges, and interactive learning experiences that develop both theoretical insight and applied competence, enabling them to adapt and innovate within a dynamic business environment. Learning Outcomes Learners studying for the Diploma in Business Administration are expected to develop the following skills during the programme of study: The ability to read and use appropriate literature with a full and critical understanding, and the ability to think independently and solve problems Apply subject knowledge and understanding to address familiar and unfamiliar problems Recognise the moral and ethical issues of business practice and research; appreciating the need for ethical standards and professional codes of conduct An appreciation of the interdisciplinary nature of business service provision Capacity to give a clear and accurate account of a subject in a mature way and engage in debate and dialogue both with specialists and non-specialists Transferable skills and knowledge that enable individuals to meet changes in business To motivate individuals to progress to further professional development through future study or as part of their chosen career These are the overall learning outcomes in line with a Level 6 qualification.
