Program faculty will provide guidance and information on the various certifications that are available and relevant to fitness and health professionals. Over four semesters, students will progressively develop skills and knowledge in fitness assessment and exercise programming, nutrition, health promotion, leadership and self-development, business planning and lifestyle consulting.
