Overview

In four semesters, the Master's program will give students the skills they need for the sustainable transformation process in the working world of the future. The social and societal responsibility of companies should be integrated into the core business of every company and should be seen as a holistic management task. In modules such as setting up, managing and controlling a sustainable company, students will develop sustainability skills and learn to responsibly design the business process and innovative and sustainable business models with the help of innovative methods and tools from practice. In order to combine theory and practice in the best possible way, ISM instructors work with modules such as "Thinking Rooms" (roundtables with experts), "Sustainability Camp 4.0" (conference, workshops). Here students get to know experts from practice and their concepts and develop solutions themselves. Strategies and tools for implementing and designing sustainable business models in companies and other organizations are firmly integrated into the curriculum. The working world of tomorrow requires, in the interplay of interdisciplinary and intercultural projects, additionally well-developed personality skills , such as leadership and intercultural cooperation skills as well as self-management. With the practice-oriented Master's degree program, students are optimally prepared professionally and personally for future-oriented careers and the transformation process.
