Overview

The Lexis Training Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management aims to build future corporate leaders by developing skills and insights into sustainable business practices, change management, innovation and corporate responsibility, all within the context of the workplace of the future. Students will be mentored in how to develop and implement business and strategic plans, manage risk, establish and maintain strategic networks, and use innovation in business. A highly experienced team of industry leaders will give students the skills required to succeed in their studies and in their chosen profession. Successful completion of this course will provide the specialised skills to lead in HR or as a senior executive or managerial director, while credit arrangement with leading universities provide a fast track opportunity to tertiary study.
