Overview

Schiller International University’s Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality and Tourism Management degree program equips students to thrive in this dynamic global field. With tourism and hospitality contributing 10% of the global economy in 2024 (WTTC), this industry is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing sectors. Future-Focused Curriculum: Students master international hospitality operations, sustainable tourism, event management, and customer experience while developing critical leadership and business skills. Industry Experience in Global Tourism Hubs: Students study in world-renowned destinations like Spain, France, Germany, and the USA, gaining first-hand exposure to diverse hospitality environments. Real-World Learning: Students participate in field trips, industry workshops, and internships with hotels, resorts, and tourism companies to apply their knowledge in real-life settings. Dual Degree Option: Students can earn dual bachelor’s degrees in International Hospitality and Tourism Management through Schiller’s partnership with the University of Roehampton. Years 1–4: Global Campus Experience: Students begin and complete their studies at any of Schiller’s global campuses—Tampa, Madrid, Paris, or Heidelberg—while following a U.S.-style curriculum. Final Thesis and Degree Completion: Students complete one final thesis without having to relocate to London, allowing them to remain at their preferred Schiller campus. After successfully completing the thesis, they earn both a U.S. degree from Schiller and a UK degree from the University of Roehampton. They also have the option to attend a second graduation ceremony at the University of Roehampton.
