Overview

The digitalisation of the global economy, ongoing socio-political changes, and increasing cost pressures significantly influence the logistics and supply chain industry. As a result, companies are seeking professionals who can navigate digital transformation and leverage data-driven insights to develop innovative supply chain solutions and business strategies. The programme prepares students to manage these emerging challenges and become part of a new generation of supply chain managers equipped to work with advanced digital systems and complex SCM platforms in a global, diverse environment. Students learn key supply chain concepts, digital tools, and their practical applications. They gain a comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain Management 4.0, Innovation Management, Process Management, and Big Data, while also developing proficiency in current topics such as Business Intelligence, Digital Transformation, and Operations Research. The curriculum also introduces students to SAP, a leading Enterprise Resource Planning system, and provides opportunities to learn app programming. Throughout the course, students further expand their knowledge of the platform economy and digital business models while applying agile methods in project-based work. Through its project- and skill-oriented approach, the programme enables students to strengthen their leadership, communication, and intercultural competencies, ensuring they are well-prepared for demanding roles in digital supply chain management across the globe.
