Overview

Program Description Our curriculum links marketing to the entire range of business functions, preparing you to help businesses achieve their goals. You will build a foundation in the field by taking Principles of Marketing. Next, you will take a six-credit-hour course that provides hands-on experience identifying, understanding and penetrating a target market. During the capstone marketing course, you will take an in-depth look at buyer behavior and market research as you design a marketing plan to deliver a product or service effectively and efficiently to the target market for a real organization. In addition to core marketing classes, electives allow you to specialize in advertising, entrepreneurial marketing, international marketing, Internet marketing, promotion management or retail marketing. And, if you are interested in sales, you can earn an emphasis in sales management - offering a highly desirable set of skills.
