Overview

Resource conservation, water supply and use: The importance of water as a free good is growing both in the private and public sectors, as well as between political institutions and nations. This demand leads to an increased need for future-oriented solutions that are scientifically based and in line with the current state of research and innovation. The MBA with specialised modules in Sustainable Water Management aims to attract graduates of economic subjects, particularly business administration and industrial engineering, looking to specialise in the sustainable water development sector. This MBA degree in Sustainable Water Management at UE is characterised by seminar-style lectures where content is taught to students through workshops, with practical exercises in groups. This study programme is application-oriented and forward-looking. The core modules of this MBA will take place on campus while the specialised modules are taught online. Delivered across three semesters, the MBA Sustainable Water Management curriculum provides students with a broad knowledge of business management through modules such as Quantitative Methodologies and Customer Environment before diving into two specialised modules "Resources in Competition and Allocation" as well as "Fundamentals in Sustainability and Responsibility" in the second and third semesters. Those who study the MBA in Sustainable Water Management at UE will gain in-demand skills in the business administration and sustainability fields thanks to a comprehensive curriculum taught by expert faculty.
