Overview

An MBA specialising in Financial Management equips students with the expertise to develop forward-thinking strategies and ensure a company’s financial health. This programme provides a broad spectrum of skills essential for effectively managing corporate finances. Students will be trained in strategic decision-making, precise budgeting and efficient cost control techniques. Additionally, during the master’s in financial management programme, there is a special focus on developing a student's research and analytical abilities to comprehend, interpret and derive well-founded recommendations from complex financial data. Students will learn to embed financial decisions within a broader entrepreneurial context and leverage this strategic mindset to formulate long-term visions and optimise a company’s financial performance over time. Delivered across three semesters, the MBA Financial Management curriculum provides students with a broad knowledge of business management through modules such as Strategic Vision and Innovation Management before diving into two specialised modules Performance Management and Control as well as Advanced Corporate Reporting in the second and third semesters.
