Overview

The Post-Baccalaureate Certificates in Informatics provide a pathway for students to enter graduate-level coursework without committing immediately to the full Master of Science in Informatics program. The program offers two certificate levels: Intermediate and Advanced. Students who complete the Certificate program may apply to the Master of Science in Informatics as degree-seeking candidates. Coursework completed for a Certificate can be applied toward the Master’s degree. Admission to the Certificate program does not guarantee admission to the Master’s program; applicants must meet the same criteria as other degree-seeking students. In cases of limited seat availability, priority is given to degree-seeking students over non-degree-seeking students.
